Warranty Policy

Upon completion of the warranty card sent with your purchase our 3 Year Warranty will apply.

What Your Warranty Covers?

Your warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Your warranty covers the product that replaced a previously covered warrenty item from date of original Warranty Period.

What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover?

Your warranty does not cover intentional misuse of the product:

  • The use of incorrect electric supply or batteries.
  • The use of the product outside its waterproof rating.
  • Modification to the device.
  • Other use deemed out of normal use by RedView Sports.
  • Your warranty does not cover product failure not due to materials or workmanship of the product under normal use.

    Your warranty does not cover product failure past three years from purchase of original product.

    What Does RedView Do To Correct Issues?

    In most cases your device will be replaced with a new or current similar model upon return.

  • In some cases we will opt to refund the payment of the product minus a shipping cost.
  • In rare cases we will opt to refund the full payment of the product.
  • How do I use my warranty on an item?

    Please contact us using our contact-us page with the following info:

  • The current state of the product.
  • An image of the products failure if applicable.
  • An account of what caused the failure of the product.
  • Return and Exchange Policy

    A unused unopened product may be returned with a 15% fee to the total value of each individual product. Discounts and shipping are not included in the total.

    A opened product may be returned with a 15% fee to the total value of each individual product provided the product shows no use and includes all packaging and components. Current images of the item may be required. Discounts and shipping are not included in the total.

    A opened product may be refused for return for a refund.

    A opened product showing useage is not returnable for a refund. Current images of the item may be required to show no useage.

    A unused or product containing all materials and components that show no sign of usage can be exchanged for a higher priced product but does not cover the cost of returning the old item and sending the new item. Current images of the item may be required.
